Slot Cars
An interesting addition to the Micro Machines line was the slot car series. Much smaller than traditional slot cars, Galoob introduced their small style of vehicles in 1991 followed by a separate release in 1995 in Europe. Hasbro scaled up to the more traditional slot car size and added a set in Italy in 2000.

1991
In 1991, there were 14 different vehicles released. 11 of those are shown sealed below. Two additional vehicles were released in a playset. These are paired with 5-Up functional prototypes that were used in a commercial shoot for Galoob. The 14th-vehicle image will be added shortly once loose pictures are taken. A sealed box of 12 collections is shown below. An example playset is included as well as 2 types of tracks that were sold in France.
