A few more playsets were offered in the late Hasbro years as the popularity waned, but due to low regional production, they can be very difficult to find. Playsets were released for the Star Wars series in 2015-2017, however, they are not included in this personal collection.

2005 Playsets
Playsets and vehicles from 2005 are considered quite rare with serious collector interest. All the playsets below included unique vehicles and it is thought other playsets from the same year are the source for more unknown vehicles found over the years. In general, the vehicle packs for 2005 were not released due to Hasbro curtailing the planned production due to the popularity of Speedeez at the time unfortunately. Some of the planned vehicles appear though, so they are either pre-production samples or possibly from playsets potentially where the details are not yet known. The Hot Pursuit Raceway is a prototype packaging mockup using the prior year's vehicle design, but it gives a good impression of what the correct orange playset vehicle would have looked like since it exists.

Similar to 2005, very few details are known from 2006 Micro Machines playsets. The Rally Extreme playset seems similar to the packaging from 2004, however, it more closely matches the packaging design from the 2006 vehicle packs released. And the 2005 copyright seems to imply it was a 2006 release. The vehicles found in this playset are also found in the 2007 Italian-only vehicle collections, but are more common. This is due to wider regional release. The Action Man ATOM playset with 5 vehicles is considered a Micro Machines item since the bottom of the playset indicates the "MM" logo. However, the box and vehicles are not labeled as Micro Machines. Collectors will pay a premium for the unique vehicles from this ATOM playset due to the significant rarity.

2007 releases for Micro Machines were exclusive to Italy. Six civilian playsets are known as shown below. 2007 Playsets with box intact are incredibly rare and some of those shown here are unique. All civilian vehicles included were repeats from other collections except the CAMPER City Super Van which are unique to the playset. Two Carabinieri playsets are shown below as well, but it is believed additional repeated playsets were released in 2007 as well. The Carabinieri collections were always exclusive to Italy throughout the years. Variations to the playset vehicles are known vs vehicle packs.
